If order is placed Monday through Thursday, it usually ships out next business day. Contact us if you are in a rush. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will not ship until Tuesday morning. Wholesale orders will ship in two weeks of order placed, unless you are otherwise notified.
Returns: If you are unhappy with your lettering you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or store credit. We do not stock products, but everything is custom made when it is ordered. Therefore, in most cases, we cannot re-sell your item. All returns are recycled for samples upon receipt. We do not exchange or give credit for custom arches unless there is a mistake on our part. We rely on the measurements we are given, so please make sure you take great care when measuring. We will do our best to make you happy with your purchase, but we cannot be responsible for ordering errors. Please contact us for exact measurements and color samples to be sure of what you are ordering. We are happy to assist you in designing and will send email pictures and actual color samples. Refunds will only be given on standard designs that retail for under $100.00 and are received back in good condition within 30 days of order placement.
